First go to the archive: http://sha.ipac.caltech.edu/

Then on the left choose the 'program' option. Now if you wanted to check out any other target you would choose 'position' and put RA and Dec or just the name of the target. But to make things easier for you, choose 'program' and put in our program number 484.

This will bring up all the NGC 4051 observations from our program. You can click on the check-box on the left for a few sources or just click on the one check-box on top (right under program download) and it will automatically select the whole dataset. Remember we have all 4 IRAC channels only for observations -irac0, -irac5, and -irac10. The rest we only did two channels.

Then click on 'Prepare Download' just under 'Target name.' Once you do that it will give you an option of downloading both the 'Level 1' and 'Level 2' data.

UNCHECK the 'Level 1' data and just download the 'Level 2 (PBCD)' data and then press the 'Prepare Download' at the bottom. You can choose to click the 'send e-mail' button which will ask you for your e-mail address and tell you when the data is ready. This shouldn't take long since it is not too much data (~160 megs if you chose all the data).

Once you select 'Prepare Download' there will be a gear on the upper right that will start turning. Then when it is ready it will say '/!\ 1 New Job Ready' (and it will send an e-mail to you if you chose that option). Click on it and a new window will pop up. Then click on 'download now.'

The data will be downloaded and it will be zip compressed. In a Mac if you double click on it, it will unzip it into the individual observations. On a PC it may have the unzip utility or not, if not you can download 7zip for free and it will unzip it. (do a google search for 7zip)

You should have 11 folders if you chose all the data with each separated into the four IRAC channels. Remember the one with the image is the .maic file.
