C-WAYS Spring calendar

With 6 key players (5 core teachers plus Luisa), and 3 others (Mark, Babar, JD) floating around, just because Luisa is not there doesn't mean you can't have a telecon. But if more than 2 of the 6 key players are going to be out, Luisa votes for cancelling.

Apr 2/telecon Apr 6	NO TELECON THIS WEEK, but call me as needed if you need to chat Peggy in Galapagos. Bob out too. Jackie spring break. Debbie spring break.
Apr 9/telecon Apr 13	as scheduled. Proposal comments should be back this week. will discuss these this week, as well as any other lingering items. Peggy in Galapagos.
Apr 16/telecon Apr 20	as scheduled (JC1 - Lauren)
Apr 23/telecon Apr 27	as scheduled (JC2 - Peggy) Jackie in standardized testing but Friday should be ok for telecom.
Apr 30/telecon May 4	as scheduled (JC3 - Jackie ) Debbie has testing? sorry, didn't write down what clobbered you here.
May 7/telecon May 11	as scheduled (JC4 - Debbie)
May 14/telecon May 18	as scheduled (JC5 - Bob) Lauren has finals.
May 21/telecon May 25	Luisa on East coast this week; on a plane 5/25. the rest of you seem swamped. NO TELECON Lauren out this week. Peggy has finals. Debbie has finals? May 20 eclipse; Bob running events for that.
May 28/telecon June 1	as scheduled (source matching)
June 4/telecon June 8	Luisa in Alaska Thu/Fri for AAS. cancel telecon? Jackie in finals. June 5 is Venus transit; Bob running events for that.
June 11/telecon June 15	Luisa in Alaska all week at AAS, but back on the redeye very early Friday morning. could cancel telecon or have it; up to you.
June 18/telecon June 22	Luisa in Spain Th/Fri. cancel telecon? or have one Monday June 18?
June 25/telecon June 29	Luisa in Spain all week. cancel telecon?
