BRC 26
I am assuming the coordinates are for J2000. I checked against the Sugitani paper and find Sugitani's 1950 coordinates are different.
SIMBAD shows several objects nearby, including IRAS sources.
The object with the most references is a JCMT identified "cloud".
Three color plot is ho-hum. The target location is marked at a red 'square' near the center of the image. Blue is DPOSS red image. The multi-color tile in the center is by combining 2MASS J (green) and 2MASS Ks (red) images.
